We offer four ways for puppy to travel home to you.

  Shipping aboard the airplane in special puppy compartment, ground transportation with us or with a pampered ground delivery company, and puppy nanny service to fly on board with puppy.

1. SHIPPING WITH OZARK  JET A PET

 Shipping is $400.

**Shipping depends on temperatures for flying at this time. You will need to be flexible on exact date. 

The remaining balance is due when puppy is 7 weeks old if shipping, and at 8 weeks old when picking up.

Depending on distance and temperatures,  shipping is preferred to ground delivery when the trip is far. 

Flying takes less time and is easier on the puppy for traveling home.

Our Shipping Price Includes Shipping on board American Airlines.  

We can ship your new puppy to your nearest airport in the U.S. with  American Airline's Pet Safe program.

This is included in our puppy Shipping prices.

After you pay for your puppy, I will call Ozark Jet A Pet, our flight coordinator in St. Louis.

We will send AWB# for the flight a week before.

We will book the puppies flight with your best time of arrival if possible. They take excellent care of our puppies during the whole process. We've been shipping for 12 years.

 Ozark Jet A Pet will email us the puppies flight information and the confirmation/tracking number, as well as a toll free # for directions about where to pick up your puppy. You will be able to track the puppy on its flight home to you.

You will need your ID to pick up your new puppy. The travel crate, medical records, Microchip Registration, and Health Certificate will come with puppy and will be in an envelope on top of your puppies crate.

 This is very important information that you will need to keep. We will send your registration papers to you by U.S. mail.

Puppies are well cared for during flight with the necessary climate control.

We have an attendant at the airport that stays with the puppy. He feeds, waters, and changes your puppies bedding. They take wonderful care of it and keep your Puppy safe and clean.

We have had good reports from Customers that are happy with the care of their new pet before and during the flight.

2. Ground Transportation

Ground Transportation is $500.

We may be able to send your puppy with ground transportation right to your door or a meeting place of your choice.

 We would need to see if delivery is available for your puppy to travel with us or one of our ground delivery companies that we use. Price is $500 at this time.

This method is preferred when temperatures are to hot or cold for flying into your area.

 Our family may be able to offer hand delivery by us,  depending on your location (12 hour round trip)  and our availability for the same ground delivery price. 

3. Our Puppy Nanny Service

Puppy Nanny Service is $999-$1200 depending on location and ticket pricing.

We may also be able to offer to fly with the puppy in cabin as a puppy nanny for $1000 more.

This covers our expenses and puppies ticket. Our flight Nanny service is Puppy Price plus $1000. 

Add 3.3% SQUARE fee to this for total price.

We are also able to use Love and Wags puppy nanny service if we are unable to fly with puppy.

They offer international flights as well. Call us about pricing.

Preparing for Your Puppies Flight Home

We work hard to assure that you get a very healthy puppy!!

Be Flexibe: 

    We work to get your puppy's flight as soon as possible on the best flight. Not all flights carry puppies. So we ask you to be flexible and work with us and Ozark to get your puppy on it's way home to you. We will be able to confirm your puppy's travel plans 5-7 days before his or her scheduled flight. Ozark Jet A Pet will email us once the airline sends them confirmation.

Call Ahead:

   Just like human travel, puppies planes can be delayed or arrive early.

To avoid long waits, we recommend calling the airline with your Puppy's airway bill number (AWB#) ahead of time to make sure your pup's plane is on schedule. Also Ozark has a tab on their website to check flight delays.

 Do this before leaving for airport. Watch the weather, as sometimes there are flight delays due to weather conditions..

 You will need to wait 40-60 minutes after puppy lands to be able to pick up your puppy at the pick up location on your flight email.
